Graduate Student Status Continuation/Reactivation Request Form

Thank you for your request to continue/reactivate your student status.

Whenever a non-degree student has not had continuous registration (has taken a break between terms) we need to reactivate their student status to ensure they have access to email, course websites, college resources, and the registration system. If a student is taking classes during the current semester and wishes to continue in the next, we need confirmation that they plan to continue so they retain access to the above resources.

If you are requesting a reactivation, we will review your status to make sure there are no holds and that you are eligible to register. It may take up to a week to reactive your status, so please plan ahead! We will email you to let you know the status of your reactivation request. If you are requesting to continue with your status, you do not need to wait
